Designed completely to dazzle guests from the nearly mile long driveway, large iron gates, and the manor sitting atop the highest point on the grounds, the grandeur and attention to detail makes The Estate an unforgettable experience for hosting grand events in style.
Designed to recreate a classic European manor with touches of Ralph Lauren inspiration, crystal chandeliers, and ultra luxurious finishes creates a unique experience that has never before been brought to the area all while offering complete privacy and exclusivity.
The ability to sleep 18-28 guests depending on configuration and booking on-site allows you to slow down and enjoy the experience with options to check in on Thursday or Friday and stay through Monday provides the opportunity to focus on creating memories with those you love, and have your event at your own pace.
You can also host your private dinners and rehearsal dinners onsite, with exclusive private chef offerings available to elevate the experience.
Make use of our infinity edge pool, hot tub, 6 acre stocked lake, and our grand ballroom which can seat 250 for dinner, and our spectacular outdoor ceremony area that overlooks our lake with the ability to seat 250 for the ceremony.

The Guest Cottage
The manor house and adjacent pool house encompass nearly 10,000 square feet. The guest cottage is another 1,500 square feet. The manor house, pool house and guest cottage can sleep 18-28 guests depending on configuration and booking.
We also have two additional historical homes available in downtown Washington, MO for an additional cost that can sleep an extra 16 guests. These two homes feature a shared backyard plus a pool, hot tub and game room.
The grand ballroom will feature nearly 10,000 square feet of useable space. The main ballroom space is nearly 5,000 square feet with 18’ ceilings and can seat 250 guests for dinner. The additional square footage is made-up of a large bridal suite with bar, a large groom’s suite with bar, plus a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, lounges, and restrooms.
There is parking for 135 vehicles with the ability to opt for valet service at an additional cost.

Both the bridal suite and groom’s suite in the grand ballroom have bars.
We are less than 45 minutes from Saint Louis and Lambert International Airport, or 3 hours from Kansas City. The property is located near historic downtown Washington, Missouri.
